لذت درد جگر یاد آئی
لذت درد جگر یاد آئی
پھر تری پہلی نظر یاد آئی
درد نے جب کوئی کروٹ بدلی
زندگی بار دگر یاد آئی
پڑ گئی جب ترے دامن پہ نظر
عظمت دیدۂ تر یاد آئی
اپنا کھویا ہوا دل یاد آیا
ان کی مخمور نظر یاد آئی
دیر و کعبہ سے جو ہو کر گزرے
دوست کی راہ گزر یاد آئی
دیکھ کر اس رخ زیبا پہ نقاب
اپنی گستاخ نظر یاد آئی
جب بھی تعمیر نشیمن کی قمرؔ
یورش برق و شرر یاد آئی
