About The Author
Shivkumar 'Bilagrami' was born on 12th October , 1963 in Village -Mahsonamau , Tehsil -Bilgram , District Hardoi , Uttar Pradesh. He has Postgraduated in English Literature from Lucknow University . He is the one of the most progressive Hindi/ Urdu poets. His first compilation of Ghazals - Naee Kahekashan- was published in 2015. A number of ghazals from this book Naee Kahekashan has been composed and sung by several Indian as well as Pakistani singers. Presently he is working as Editor in the Parliament of India ( Lok Sabha Secretariat ).
