About The Author
Riyaz-ul-Haq was born on 13 October 1942 in Jalandhar. He achieved a Doctorate degree and became a professor in the Government College of Faisalabad. He wrote under the pen name, Riyaaz. Guzartey Waqt Ki Ibadat, Pas Manzer, Nai Aawazein (a compilation of modern poetry) Rafhan Me Ek Shaam. Besides Urdu, he has also written poetry in Punjabi.
