اظہار کرنا چاہا تھا الفاظ مر گئے
ان مشکلوں نے کام یہ آسان کر دیا
کچھ لوگ وقت رہتے ہی دل سے اتر گئے
تنہائیوں کو میری بہت کام مل گیا
آوازیں اپنی چھوڑ کے جب دوست گھر گئے
ہر چیز شہر عشق میں مہنگی تھی اس قدر
لوٹ آئے خالی ہاتھ ہی جب جب ادھر گئے
