ba-nok-e-shamshir
mere aabā ki the nā-mahram-e-tauq-o-zanjīr
vo mazāmīñ jo adā kartā hai ab merā qalam
nok-e-shamshīr pe likhte the ba-nok-e-shamshīr
raushnā.ī se jo maiñ kartā huuñ kāġhaz pe raqam
sañg o sahrā pe vo karte the lahū se tahrīr
mere aaba ki the na-mahram-e-tauq-o-zanjir
wo mazamin jo ada karta hai ab mera qalam
