Pen Name : 'mehmooda ghaaziya'

Mehmooda Ghazia, a  well-known Poet and writer from Islamabad Pakistan . Born in 1951. She has four poetry collections to her credit : “akai ki maut”, “warq warq ghazal”,. “Aitebaar kiyon nahin karte”, “ Neend ki dor tut gai” and one collection of short stories, “Be sar a gautam”. She was the director of Pakistan National Council of Arts , for many years  and also taught at Fatima Jinnah women’s college.
