insāñ meñ rūh-e-ādamiyyat bhī nahīñ
haivāñ hī ban jaa.e ye himmat bhī nahīñ
kal apne uruuj pe thī hairat us ko
aaj apne zavāl pe nadāmat bhī nahīñ
insan mein ruh-e-adamiyyat bhi nahin
haiwan hi ban jae ye himmat bhi nahin
kal apne uruj pe thi hairat us ko
aaj apne zawal pe nadamat bhi nahin
