H بتانا बताना batānā [batā˚ = batāw˚ = Prk. वत्तावे(इ)=S. वर्त्त (rt. वृत्)+ आपय(ति)], s.m. A bracelet or ring of metal (worn by men and women);—an under-turban (used to swell out and-give shape to the outer turban, or to keep it from being soiled by the perspiration of the head); an old or ragged turban;—livelihood, maintenance, support, help, aid.
