تصديق taṣdīq

A تصديق taṣdīq [inf. n. ii of صدق 'to speak truth,' &c.], s.f. Proving true, confirming the truth (of), verifying, attesting; acknowledging the truth (of); confirmation, proof, verification, attestation; appeal:—taṣdīq-ě-bilā taṣawwur, s.f. Presupposition:—taṣdīq karnā (-kī), To confirm, prove to be true, to verify, attest, &c.:—taṣdīq honā, v.n. To be confirmed, be verified, &c.
