A عجب ʻajab (inf. n. of عجب 'to wonder'), s.m. Wonder; astonishment; admiration; a wonderful thing;—adj. Wonderful, marvellous, astonishing, amazing, miraculous, strange, extraordinary, rare; droll,

&c.:—ʻajab karnā, v.n. To wonder, to be astonished, &c.:—ʻajab-kućh, adj. Something wonderful.
