A خلع ḵẖalʻ (inf. n. of خلع 'to pull or throw off,' &c.), s.m. Pulling off, stripping off, stripping; deposing, removing (from office):—ḵẖalaʻaʼl-ʻiẕār, lit. 'He has thrown off the rein'; is unchecked or uncontrolled.
