A habitation, dwelling, house, mansion, palace; the dwelling of Hindū ascetics (as takiya is that of Muhammadan faqīrs); a temple, pagoda;—(fig.) the body;—a town;—the sea;—the back of the knee:—mandir-sewak, s.m.
