Neha Rubab (B. 1993) has emerged as a promising and vibrant voice in the contemporary literary landscape. She made a remarkable debut with her first book, Mazharul Haque: Tahreek-e-Azadi-e-Hind Ka Faramosh Kardah Qa’id (Mazharul Haque: The Unsung Hero of India’s Independence Movement), The book has been acclaimed as an intellectual and literary giant. It was one of the 75th manuscripts that were selected under the prestigious PM-YUVA Mentorship Scheme in 22nd Indian Languages and English. It was published by India’s premier publishing institution, the National Book Trust (NBT), India. Its widespread popularity is reflected in the fact that it went into a second edition within a few years of its initial release.
Her second edited book, Tadreesi Zawiye (Pedagogical Perspectives), was published in 2023 by the Educational Publishing House, Delhi. This work is a thoughtful compilation of articles on educational theories and teaching methodologies, written by the eminent fiction writer and educationist, Professor Ghazanfar.

Neha Rubab has also contributed to Urdu literary scholarship through her research dissertation on the distinguished and unconventional poet, Akhtarul Iman. Her scholarly and literary articles frequently appear in reputed Urdu journals and magazines, further affirming her stature in literary circles.
Beyond academic writings, she is also actively engaged in creative pursuits. Her poetry and short stories have garnered attention, and she has recently turned her focus toward children’s literature. Her Urdu translation of the Hindi Work ‘Rang Panchami’ was published by NBT India in 2025. Another Children’s book titled ‘Watan Ka Saccha Sipahi’ (The True Soldier of the Nation) is under printing from the National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL), New Delhi.
