Identity: Young Scholar-Critic of Na‘tiya Literature and Na'at Poet
Dr. Muhammad Husain Mushahid Rizvi was born in 1979 in Malegaon, Maharashtra. He writes in both prose and poetry and is recognized as a distinguished Urdu na'at poet, researcher, critic, and man of letters. Particularly in the field of na‘tiya literature, he is regarded among the prominent young scholars of the contemporary era. He earned his PhD in Na‘tiya Poetry and established a notable position in academic circles through his research and critical work on the subject.
In addition to children’s literature, dozens of his research-based, critical, and analytical books and publications on religious, reformative, social, educational, and literary subjects have appeared in print. His writings are marked by intellectual depth, critical insight, and literary refinement.
