kehkashan Tabbsum , born in Bhagalpur , 26th March, 1960
Has three poetry collections :"Bhanwar Banta Dariya", Silsile sawalon ke " and "Lahu Rang Saheefa".
She excelles in Namzs. She has also authored an important book " Nisai Sheri Aafaaq" which consist of fify one, 20th century women poets with refernce of their ghazals.
