is raat ne dikhlā.ī hameñ pyaar kī manzil
ghul-mil ke dhaḌakte haiñ mohabbat bhare do dil
machle hue jazbāt meñ Duubī huī har baat hameñ yaad rahegī
qadmoñ meñ bichhe jaate haiñ chāñd aur sitāre
saath apne chale aate haiñ chāñd aur sitāre
mahkī huī ye raat kirnoñ kī ye barsāt hameñ yaad rahegī
betāb nigāhoñ ne tumheñ pyaar kiyā hai
mil kar na judā hoñge ye iqrār kiyā hai
hāthoñ meñ liye haath kahī tum ne jo ik baat hameñ yaad rahegī

hathon mein liye hath kahi tum ne jo ek baat hamein yaad rahegi
