barsoñ hue tum kahīñ nahīñ ho
aaj aisā lagā yahīñ kahīñ ho
mahsūs huā ki baat kī hai
aur baat bhī vo jo dil-nashīñ ho
imkān huā ki vahm thā sab
iz.hār huā ki tum yaqīñ ho
andāza huā ki rah vahī hai
ummīd baḌhī ki tum vahīñ ho
ab tak mire naam se hai nisbat
ab tak mire shahr ke makīñ ho
barson hue tum kahin nahin ho
