chaah kar tujh ko dekh lī duniyā
aaj to saath bhī nahīñ koī
pīchhe kal thī mire yahī duniyā
log marte haiñ is meñ jiine ko
kab kisī kī ye ho sakī duniyā
bevafā yaar sā chalan us kā
aaj terī hai kal mirī duniyā
yuuñ rahī fikr-e-āḳhirat bhī magar
ham ne āḳhir sañvār lī duniyā
dekh kar tujh ko chahi thi duniya
chah kar tujh ko dekh li duniya
aaj to sath bhi nahin koi
pichhe kal thi mere yahi duniya
log marte hain is mein jine ko
kab kisi ki ye ho saki duniya
bewafa yar sa chalan us ka
aaj teri hai kal meri duniya
yun rahi fikr-e-aKHirat bhi magar
hum ne aaKHir sanwar li duniya
