kuchh to āsūdgī-e-tab' bhī ho
koh-e-ġham koī chāhiye mujh ko
vaqt thoḌā hai mere paas magar
dam-ba-dam koī chāhiye mujh ko
hai sitam koi chahiye mujh ko
waise kam koi chahiye mujh ko
raat mein chand bhi nahin darkar
subh-dam koi chahiye mujh ko
kya hua hai meri tabi'at ko
ek dam koi chahiye mujh ko
kuchh to aasudgi-e-tab' bhi ho
koh-e-gham koi chahiye mujh ko
waqt thoDa hai mere pas magar
