shukr ḳhudā kā jiit ga.e ham jañg magar
ham se behtar to tayyārī us kī thī
ye bhī sach hai maiñ is baar bhī aage thā
ye bhī sach hai ab ke baarī us kī thī
mere bas meñ ruuTh ke jaanā thā manzūr
mujhe manānā zimmedārī us kī thī
