chhīn le aaj mujh ko tū mujh se
yaad us chashm-e-mast kī aa.ī
chhīn lo sāġhar-o-subū mujh se
haiñ ishāre ye mauj-e-mai ke 'shamīm'
kar bhī lo aaj tum vuzū mujh se
