KHun ki ek nadi aur bahegi shayad
ḳhuun kī ek nadī aur bahegī shāyad
jañg jaarī hai to jaarī hī rahegī shāyad
hākim-e-vaqt se bezār ye jaagī maḳhlūq
jabr-o-bedād ko ab ke na sahegī shāyad
baḌh ke is dhund se Takrātī huī tez huā
tere milne kī koī baat kahegī shāyad

jang jari hai to jari hi rahegi shayad
hakim-e-waqt se bezar ye jagi maKHluq
jabr-o-bedad ko ab ke na sahegi shayad
baDh ke is dhund se Takraati hui tez hua
