koi kanTa chubha nahin hota
koī kāñTā chubhā nahīñ hotā
dil agar phuul sā nahīñ hotā
kuchh to majbūriyāñ rahīñ hoñgī
yuuñ koī bevafā nahīñ hotā
guftugū un se roz hotī hai
muddatoñ sāmnā nahīñ hotā
jī bahut chāhtā hai sach boleñ
kyā kareñ hausla nahīñ hotā
raat kā intizār kaun kare
āj-kal din meñ kyā nahīñ hotā
koi kanTa chubha nahin hota

yun koi bewafa nahin hota

muddaton samna nahin hota
ji bahut chahta hai sach bolen
kya karen hausla nahin hota
