koī sitam aur koī na zulm yaad rahegā
ham ko vatan se hai jo mohabbat yaad rahegī
jab ham apnī har shai bhūlte jaate hoñge
bhūlte jaane kī ye aadat yaad rahegī
masle ga.e the jaane kyoñ ummīd ke phuul
phūloñ kī anmol shahādat yaad rahegī
bhuul na pā.ūñ husn vo chehra ḳhvāboñ jaisā
us se bichhaḌ jaane kī qayāmat yaad rahegī
maiñ nahīñ dūñgā koī hisāb bhī roz-e-mahshar
baḳhshish ko darkār hai nisbat yaad rahegī
koi sitam aur koi na zulm yaad rahega
hum ko watan se hai jo mohabbat yaad rahegi
jab hum apni har shai bhulte jate honge
bhulte jaane ki ye aadat yaad rahegi
masle gae the jaane kyon ummid ke phul
phulon ki anmol shahadat yaad rahegi
bhul na paun husn wo chehra KHwabon jaisa
us se bichhaD jaane ki qayamat yaad rahegi
main nahin dunga koi hisab bhi roz-e-mahshar
baKHshish ko darkar hai nisbat yaad rahegi
