phir wahi chandni raat ho
phir vahī chāñdnī raat ho
tere jalvoñ kī barsāt ho
sahl ho zindagī kā safar
haath meñ gar terā haath ho
dostoñ ko baḌī fikr hai
kis tarah ab mujhe maat ho
ḳhud se bole zamāna huā
aire-ġhaire se kyā baat ho
kahiye khā kar ḳhudā kī qasam
aap se kab mulāqāt ho
ai 'majāz' aa.ine kī tarah
saaf apnī har ik baat ho
