rahen ye kah rahi hain ki manzil talash kar
rāheñ ye kah rahī haiñ ki manzil talāsh kar
lag jaa.e jo safar meñ tū vo dil talāsh kar
kashtī kā nā-ḳhudā nahīñ koī to kyā huā
patvār ḳhud hī thaam ke sāhil talāsh kar
jiine ke vāste kisī pe mar ke dekh le
apnā hasīn sā koī qātil talāsh kar
yuuñ hī nahīñ huā kabhī āsān koī bhī
āsān hone ke liye mushkil talāsh kar
rahen ye kah rahi hain ki manzil talash kar
lag jae jo safar mein tu wo dil talash kar
kashti ka na-KHuda nahin koi to kya hua
patwar KHud hi tham ke sahil talash kar
jine ke waste kisi pe mar ke dekh le
apna hasin sa koi qatil talash kar
yun hi nahin hua kabhi aasan koi bhi
aasan hone ke liye mushkil talash kar
