merī shikāyat karne vaale
yaad to hogā tum ko bhī
maiñ ne ik din chalte chalte raah meñ tum ko chheḌ diyā thā
shāyad ki dīvāna hai
aaj usī dīvāne ne jab
sanjīda andāz meñ tum se
kuchh sanjīda bāteñ kiiñ
māthe par kyoñ bal aaya
us kī shikāyat kyoñ sab se
shāyad tum ye chāhtī thiiñ
dīvāna dīvāna rahtā
meri shikayat karne wale
yaad to hoga tum ko bhi
main ne ek din chalte chalte rah mein tum ko chheD diya tha
shayad ki diwana hai
aaj usi diwane ne jab
sanjida andaz mein tum se
kuchh sanjida baaten kin
mathe par kyon bal aaya
us ki shikayat kyon sab se
shayad tum ye chahti thin
diwana diwana rahta
