maiñ ki sub.h-e-azal
justujū-e-bashar meñ chalā thā
justujū-e-bashar meñ chalā thā
aaj tak rāt-din sirf chaltā rahā
ab jo pahuñchā huuñ is dasht meñ
to ye bosīda qabroñ ke miTte ḳhutūt
mujh se kahte haiñ
aage
in fasīloñ se
kuchh hī pare
ek bastī bhī ābād hai
main ki subh-e-azal
justuju-e-bashar mein chala tha
justuju-e-bashar mein chala tha
aaj tak raat-din sirf chalta raha
ab jo pahuncha hun is dasht mein
to ye bosida qabron ke miTte KHutut
mujh se kahte hain
aage
in fasilon se
kuchh hi pare
ek basti bhi aabaad hai
