raat bhar bārish darīche ke qarīb
motiye kī bel se lipTī huī
qatra qatra zahr barsātī rahī
merī āñkhoñ ko tire chehre kī yaad aatī rahī
subah ko thā farsh par pattoñ kā Dher
be-numū miTTī ke chehre ke naqāb
intiqām intizār āftāb
