Alamdar Hussain is a Lahore-based Pakistani poet and educationist, actively associated with literary circles. He is a senior member of Halqa-e-Arbab-e-Zauq, Lahore, one of the most prestigious literary organizations dedicated to the promotion of Urdu literature.

By profession, he serves as a lecturer in Urdu, contributing to the academic and intellectual development of students while remaining deeply engaged in creative writing.

He has authored two notable books: “Jangal”, an anthology of short stories, and “Khayaal”, a collection of poetry.
