Imtiaz Khan was born on May 20, 1989 in Mewat, Haryana. He received his early education in his hometown, after which he graduated with a degree in Computer Science Engineering. Today he is working as an Engineer in Delhi Metro Corporation and based in Delhi.

During his days as a student, the literary atmosphere of Delhi nurtured your literary tastes and attracted you to practice poetry. As far as poetry is concerned, it has a wide range of imagination and artistic use of language. Some of the ideas in his poems are so penetrative that the windows of meaning of these poems open up differently every time you read them. You have made both ghazal and Nazms a source of expressing your thoughts. Besides being a good-natured person, he is a very aware and sensile individual and the expression of this sensitivity is evident in your poetry.
