Krishna Kumar Toor was born in Lahore in 1933. Some of his books on poetry which have been published so far are Daryaft, Tartiib, Sher-e-shaguft, Mushk-e-munaavvar, and Rafta-e-ramaz. He's also the Editor of a magazine 'Sarsabz" published from Dharamshala.
