rafīq-e-rāh thī manzil har ik talāsh ke ba.ad
chhuTā ye saath to rah kī talāsh bhī na rahī
malūl thā dil-e-ā.īna har ḳharāsh ke ba.ad
jo paash paash huā ik ḳharāsh bhī na rahī
rafiq-e-rah thi manzil har ek talash ke baad
chhuTa ye sath to rah ki talash bhi na rahi
malul tha dil-e-aina har KHarash ke baad
jo pash pash hua ek KHarash bhi na rahi
