hañs rahā thā gulāb kā ik phuul
yuuñ kisī ke siyāh bāloñ meñ
rang-afshan ho jis tarah ummid
uljhe uljhe hasin KHayalon mein
hans raha tha gulab ka ek phul
yun kisi ke siyah baalon mein
