dil ne ġham-e-be-hisāb kyā kyā dekhā
āñkhoñ se jahāñ meñ ḳhvāb kyā kyā dekhā
tiflī o shabāb o aish o rañj o rāhat
is umr ne inqalāb kyā kyā dekhā
dil ne gham-e-be-hisab kya kya dekha
aankhon se jahan mein KHwab kya kya dekha
tifli o shabab o aish o ranj o rahat
