The first of a series of eight words comprising the letters of the Arabic alphabet in the order in which they were originally disposed (agreeing with that of the Hebrew and Aramaic). 2˚. The arrangement of the Arabic alphabet according to the occurrence of the letters in the said eight words. 3˚. The numerical value of the letters in this arrangement of them. 4˚.
