خلا ḵẖalā inf. n. of خلو 'to be empty or vacant,' c.

A خلا ḵẖalā (inf. n. of خلو 'to be empty or vacant,' &c.), adj.=ḵẖālī, q.v.;—s.m. A vacant place or space, vacancy, vacuity, vacuum:—ḵẖalā-malā, adj. & s.m. Unfeigned, sincere; intimate, close (friendship);—sincere or un feigned friendship; warm or close attachment.

A خلع ḵẖulʻ (fr. خلع), s.m. Divorcement of a wife for a ransom given by her, or for a gift or compensation from her or from another.
