A place in which people collect or assemble; place of meeting or rendezvous; an assembly, a congregation, concourse; convention; meeting, rendezvous; a collection, heap, pile;—a book of miscellanies, a magazine:—majmaʻ ikhaṭṭā karnā, To collect a body of people together:—majmaʻuʼl-baḥrain, s.m. The place where the two seas meet; the meeting of two seas.
