A نزول nuzūl (inf. n. of نزل 'to descend,' &c.), s.m. Descending; alighting, sojourning (see nāzil):—a descent; an alighting;—a cataract (in the eye);—escheated property or land (that has lapsed to the state for want of legal claimants); crown or government lands:—nuzūl-ě-āb, s.m. A swelling of the testicle, which (excepting in the case of a blow or of hernia) is universally ascribed to the descent of water (it therefore comprehends hydrocele, hernia humoralis, and schirrus).
