Skin, hide; outer coat, rind, crust, shell; bark (of a tree); layer; poppy-head, capsule;—an intoxicating drug, an infusion of the poppy (formerly much used as a slow poison):—post-bar-post, adv. Skin upon skin, crust upon crust, layer upon layer:—post-kā ḍorā, s.m. Poppy-head, capsule:—post-kan, s.m. Skinner, flayer:—post-kanda, adj. & adv.
