Confusion, jumble; rout and riot; interchange; deception, imposition, cheating;—adj. Higgledy-piggledy, topsy-turvy, &c. (=ulṭā-pulṭā, q.v.):—ulāṭ-pulaṭ karnā or kar-dend, v.t.
