H پرن प्रण praṇ, परन paran, parn [S. पण], s.m. Promise, agreement, stipulation, contract; vow, resolution:—paran bāṅdhnā, paran karnā, v.n. To make a promise; to take a vow; to resolve:—praṇ-dāʼī, s.m. One who gives his pledge, &c.

پيران pīrān

P پيران pīrān, s.m. Old men; saints (pl. of pīr, q.v.);—an assignment of land for the support of a pīr, or for the preservation of the tomb of a saint (=pīr-pāl);—charity lands (bestowed on the poor in honour of a saint).
