engagement; fulfilment;—observation of good faith, faithfulness, fidelity; sincerity; gratitude;—sufficing; a sufficiency; a completing or filling up; completion, conclusion, end:—wafā-begānā, adj. Faithless:—wafā-parast, adj. Faithful; sincere:—wafā-peshagī, s.f. The constant observance of good faith, fidelity:—wafā-pesha, adj. Practising good faith, ever faithful:—wafā-dār, adj. Faithful, trusty, true, loyal:—wafā-dārī, s.f. Faithfulness, fidelity, loyalty; sincerity, constancy:—wafā karnā (-se), To keep faith (with), to be faithful, loyal, or true; to perform a promise, &c.; to fulfil; to satisfy; to come up to expectations;—to suffice (for);—to bear (with); to live in peace (with):—wafā-kesh, adj.
