H بهڙ भड़ bhaṛ [onomatopoetic, or S. स्फर], s.m. Sound of crackling fuel, crackle; crash; roll (of musketry); rat-tat; rush, whir; sound of breaking wind;—bhaṛ-bhaṛ, s.m.=bhaṛ (and is the more common form); adv. With a crash, or gush or rush, &c.:—bhaṛ-bhaṛ karnā, v.n. To burn fiercely; to roar, crackle, crack, crash, &c.

H بهاڙ भाड़ bhāṛ [S. भाट], s.m. Wages of prostitution; price of fornication:—bhāṛ khānā, v.n. To live on the wages of prostitution (not the woman, but her dependants);—s.m. A pimp, &c. (=bhaṛuʼā, q.v.).

To crowd, throng, swarm.
