H بهڙ भड़ bhaṛ [onomatopoetic, or S. स्फर], s.m. Sound of crackling fuel, crackle; crash; roll (of musketry); rat-tat; rush, whir; sound of breaking wind;—bhaṛ-bhaṛ, s.m.=bhaṛ (and is the more common form); adv. With a crash, or gush or rush, &c.:—bhaṛ-bhaṛ karnā, v.n. To burn fiercely; to roar, crackle, crack, crash, &c.

(=bhīṛ):—bhīṛ-bangā, bhīṛ-bhungā, s.m.=bahīr-bungāh, q.v.s.v. bahīr:—bhīṛ parnā, v.n. To be overwhelmed with difficulties, troubles, or misfortunes:—bhīṛ karnā, bhīṛ lagānā, v.n. To crowd, throng, swarm.
