H چالنا चालना ćālnā [ćāl˚ = Prk. चाल(इ), or चाले(इ)=S. चालय(ति), caus. of rt. चल्], v.t. To cause to pass through a sieve, to sift, to shake;—v.n. To practise artifice or tricks; to be mischievous.
