چنگ ćaṅg S. चञ्च

P چنگ ćaṅg (S. चञ्च), s.m. 'Anything crooked or bent'; the hand expanded with the fingers somewhat hooked: claw (of a wild beast), talon (of a bird); a Jew's harp, a lute; a paper kite with small cymbals attached; a streamer or flutterer of paper fastened to a kite; a name of one of the eight suits at cards;—fame, report:—ćang-bāʼo, ćaṅg-bāyu, s.m. Rheumatic or other pain in the back or a limb (causing it to be bent or curved; cf. ćanak-bāʼo):—ćaṅg-nawāzī, s.f. Playing on the harp or lute, &c.
