H ڐهونڐي ढूंडी ḍhūṅḍī, ढोंडी ḍhonḍī (dim. of ḍhoṅḍ, q.v.), s.f. Seed-vessel, pod, &c. (esp. of gram, or pulse);—ḍhoṅḍī, s.f. A kind of grass (that grows in rice fields, and sometimes chokes the crop; it is used for thatching and bedding);—a kind of reed (of which qalams or pens are made).
