Watch, sentinel, overseer, inspector (=dīd-bān);—the sight (of a gun, &c.):—dīde phāṛnā, dīde phāṛ-kar dekhnā, To look steadfastly (at), to stare (at), gaze:—dīda-phaṭī, adj. f.
