Pleasant, happy:—farḥat-afzā, adj. Increasing delight, adding to (one's) joy or happiness, &c.; entertaining:—farḥatuʼl-liqā, adj. Pleasant to look at or behold;—s.m. Name of a kind of kite, the Pondicherry eagle, Falco ponticerianus:—farḥat-anjām, adj. Of happy end or issue; prosperous; successful:—farḥat-baḵẖsh, adj. Imparting pleasure or happiness, pleasure-giving; diverting, amusing, entertaining, refreshing.
